Open Horizons Africa for South Africa and the rest of Africa has
been created to link users of Novell technologies with each other. This
user group will provide a platform from where members will be able to
exchange ideas, request information and receive other benefits that
non-members will not have access to. The user group intends to promote
the use of Novell technologies as well as to provide assistance in
terms competitive information, educating your management on why Novell
solution are still the best.
We are in the process of finalising the member benefits for 2010
as well as sponsorships. As soon as this has been finalised more
information will be posted here.
Members of the user group will be entitled to the following benefits:
- Free Access to the ANNUAL Open-Horizons EMEA Tour event
- Discounted conference fee for the Open-Horizons African Summit
- 15% discount to the ANNUAL net.Share Conference
- Free Access to a Quarterly Open Horizons Africa event
- 5% Additional Discount on training provided by The Open Training Institute
- An Open Horizons Africa shirt
- A subscription to the quarterly Open Horizons Magazine (discount or free to be confirmed)
As we start to grow as a community we will be able to add more
benefits from organisations that want to get involved with our
community.
Two membership levels are provided: Corporate or Individual membership
- The fee for Corporates, Government Departments and other
Institutions will allow up to five (5) persons from an organisation to
register. The fee for corporates are R 2 500.00 (US$ 250.00) per
annum. If more than 5 people want to register an additional fee of R 500.00 (US$ 50.00) per member will be applicable.
- The fee for an individual membership is R 500.00 (US$ 50.00) per annum.
Once you have registered you will be invoiced for your
registration. Payment details will appear on your invoice. You have
the option to pay by bank transfer, or you will be allowed to make
payment at any of the events where Open Horizons Africa have a table.
You will only be entitled to receive your shirt once payment has been received for membership.
